TeamDynamix - ITSM Desktop Reporting
Dashboard reporting is a great way to efficiently monitor your services and operations. In TeamDynamix, we can create customized desktops to report on ITSM data in real time.
As directed by IT Leadership and supported by the ITSM Steering Committee, UNH IT/AT Service Owners are invited to attend a foundational desktop reporting class.
In this class, UNH IT/AT Service Owners (or a designated representative) will learn how to:
- Develop a TeamDynamix desktop to monitor services and operations.
- Copy and customize pre-existing desktop modules to suit your group’s requirements.
- Create a new module.
- Share modules with your team(s) to ensure a unified set of modules is being used.
Participants will leave class with a new TDx Desktop displaying service-specific modules, the knowledge needed to create new modules, and the ability to share desktop modules with their teams.
Important Notes:
- One representative per team is recommended; if multiple reps from one team must attend, please attend the same session.
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops.
- Class size is limited to ensure participants are provided personalized guidance.
