The Salesforce Marketing Cloud is used for managing Directed Communication at UNH. In this session, new users will receive instruction in creating email content, navigating the mass email approval process, and sending email using pre-defined and ad-hoc email lists. (NOTE: Users will not be able to gain access to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud application until they have attended a training.)
