NCSAM: Cyber Attacks and Cyber War
Prof. Dion, Asst. Prof. of Security Studies and Coordinator of the MS in Cybersecurity Policy and Risk Management degree, will lead a discussion on what we mean by “cyber attacks” and “cyber war.” Drawing on Prof. Dion’s prior experience with different countries’ militaries and legal experts, this session will delve into the muddy waters of international law and national security.
