This will be a thorough walkthrough of the entire process – from the customer (Requester) perspective in the AMS, through Approval and processing of Ticket Tasks in the TD Client Portal and TDNext. The main goal is to test/validate the workflows in TeamDynamix ITSM that used to (currently) exist in Remedy.
