The course brings Lean to life through the use of a team-building exercise; hands-on exercises; video and classroom instruction. It provides a clear understanding of how the concepts can be applied in practice. Attending Introduction to Lean prepares professionals to participate on teams that are designed to improve, redesign, and create efficient, customer-focused business processes. It is suitable for staff at all levels who desire to understand the concepts of Lean.

This class is offered to all University Faculty and Staff within the University System of New Hampshire.
Class space is limited so register today.

A portion of the learning is done online prior to the virtual class and is structured to learn at your own pace. The online classwork is required to be completed prior to attending the instructor lead portion of the training.
