Lean for Leaders

By using Lean, organizations can be more efficient, enhance customer satisfaction, as well as employee engagement and morale. Leaders will learn how Lean empowers employees, builds creativity as well as new and efficient ways of completing tasks and reaching organizational and strategic goals.

This course is designed for for formal and informal Leaders at all levels to understand the importance of applying Lean concepts and building a positive Lean culture within any organization. Within this course, the learner will understand the foundation, and approach to building a Lean culture within their team as well as what a leader can expect from their team and what the team expects from their leadership.

This class is offered to all Faculty and Staff within the University System of New Hampshire.
