IT / Finance Department Meeting regarding Coaching Model

The work world is changing, as are the expectations UNH has of its employees and the expectations employees have of their employer. The coaching approach to performance management departs from the traditional approach to meet the challenges of our changing workforce, work environment and related expectations. The Coaching curriculum provides the proper skills for employees and supervisors to; better clarify and execute business goals, guide efforts toward work that is value added, instill motivation, maintain compassion along with a healthy level of detachment from drama in the workplace, foster teamwork, and lead by example with mutual respect and inspiration. This curriculum also addresses a modified approach to the annual appraisal.
