Introduction to Lean 

By starting with the basics you will discover how at the conclusion of training, through the lens of Lean, you can make a difference.  Introduction to Lean class is designed to provide you with a fundamental understanding of Lean concepts. 

The course brings “Lean” to life – through the use of a team building exercise; hands-on exercises; video and classroom instruction. It provides a clear understanding of how the concepts can be applied in practice.  Attending Introduction to Lean prepares professionals to participate on teams that are designed to improve, redesign, and create efficient, customer-focused business processes.  It is suitable for staff at all levels who desire to understand the concepts of Lean. 

This is a FREE class offered to all University Faculty and Staff within the New Hampshire university system.
